NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
RFP No. 25222071 – Inspection, Sampling, Testing, and Engineering Term Agreement 2022
The Contractor shall provide inspection, sampling, testing, and engineering services for materials fabricated at the point of manufacture prior to shipment to DOT&PF projects. Services will be required primarily within the continental United States. However, services in Canada and Alaska may be required. Primarily, products destined for Alaska are fabricated in Washington; secondarily in Oregon, and occasionally in Utah, California, Montana, Arizona, Minnesota, Nebraska, Ohio, and other Western states, as well as Quebec and British Columbia, Canada. This contract will provide services for Project Managers in DOT&PF Northern, Central, and Southcoast Regions as well as Bridge Design and Marine Highways.
A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Initial estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately July 2022 to July 2024. Cost of these professional services is expected to exceed $1,000,000.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available June 23, 2022 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.
Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than July 15, 2022, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
