The three attached delegations of authority were signed by Commissioner Corri Feige or Acting Commissioner Brent Goodrum, and are posted here pursuant to AS 44.62.175(a)(6).

May 27, 2022 Delegation of Commissioner Authority from Corri Feige to Brent Goodrum

I will be working remote from 28 May 22 through 7 June 22. This memo shall act as a standing Delegation of all authority of the Commissioner’s position in the event departmental action is required and I am unreachable. It is understood that this delegation is effective upon signing and shall remain in effect until 8 June 22 or otherwise extended in writing.

June 1, 2022 Delegation of Division Director Authority from Brent Goodrum to Kris Hess

Effective June 2, 2022, you are appointed to act in PCN 10-8251, Division Director, and perform the full duties of this position. In accordance with the APEA Collective Bargaining Agreement, article 24.8, any accrued leave used or cashed out during this period of acting status will be paid at your regular rate of pay.
This position is vacant as of June 2, 2022. You are needed to manage the Division of Mining, Land & Water until this position is filled. This is a large Division including sixteen sections and over 220 full time staff. As Deputy Director, you are most familiar with the Division’s budget, needs and processes.

June 7, 2022 Delegation of Temporary Acting Status from Brent Goodrum to Christy Colles

Effective June 7, 2022, you are appointed to act in PCN 10-8251, as Director of the Division of
Mining, Land and Water, and perform the full duties of this position, while current Acting
Director Kris Hess is out of the office on leave and is scheduled to return to work on June 17,
2022.
When you are not available, the authorities not previously delegated and signature powers of the
division director are re-delegated as follows in order of succession:
Brandon McCutcheon, Program Support Section Chief
Samantha Carroll, Southcentral Regional Land Manager
Monica Alvarez, RADS Section Chief
