The Department of Military and Veterans (DMVA), Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Management (DHS&EM) is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to provide charter services to the residents and the workers of Lowell Point/Seward while the road is being cleared and until it is deemed safe for vehicular transportation. 

Deadline for Receipt of Bids: Current deadline for this RFQ will be 2:00pm Alaska Time on May 27th, 2022. Information for submitting bid can be found in the attached ITB. Late offers will be rejected.
