PROPOSAL TO AMEND A LEASE OF TERMINAL SPACE AT FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, has received a request to amend Terminal Building Lease ADA-90868 at Fairbanks International Airport. The lessee is Omni Logistics, Inc. The existing lease will expire on April 30, 2023. This supplement is to extend the Premises to include Room 1007, which is approximately 244 square feet. The annual rental for the additional terminal space will be $13,115.00, based on the rate of $53.75 per square foot per year. The additional leasehold area would be used for administrative functions to support summer seasonal airline customer service.
Written comments must be received by 5 p.m., June 16, 2022, after which the Airport Manager will determine whether or not to execute the supplement.
