PROPOSAL TO AMEND A STATE AIRPORT LAND LEASE:  The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to increase the area of Lease ADA-50843, Lot 2A, Block 100, by an additional 2,500 square feet, for a total consisting of approximately 9,516 square feet, at Wrangell Airport, to expire November 11, 2025.  Applicant:  Kalinin Aviation LLC.  Annual rent:  $1,703.36.  Authorized uses:  Aeronautical - Passenger facility in support of air taxi operations.
