Sealed bids for Replace Nenana and Healy Station Shop Roofs, Project Number 2501000065/2501000063, will be received before 2:00 p.m., July 6, 2022 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.
*****A NOTICE OF CANCELLATION HAS BEEN ISSUED 6/30/2022*****

This state funded project will include all necessary construction services required to demolish existing roofing and insulation materials to the existing wood decking, including disposal of asbestos containing materials, and to install a new roofing system.

A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. for the Nenana Station Shop and for Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. for the Healy Station Shop.   Those interested need to contact Lauren Staft at lauren.staft@alaska.gov or 907-451-5424 prior to 4:00pm on Wednesday May 18, 2022 to register for the site visit.  Meet at the Nenana Maintenance Shop at 6th & D Street, Nenana, AK 99760. 

The Engineer's Estimate is between $200,000 and $500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be July 31, 2023.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings. From the DOT&PF website: http://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-bids.cfm?rc=CR your company must self-register by clicking on the Plan Holders link, or register with the Central Region Plans Room, or your bid may not be accepted.

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
