General Information:
The State of Alaska, Office of Procurement and Property Management (OPPM), Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC),Division of Water, is soliciting proposals for stakeholder survey services for the Capacity Development and Operator Certification Program related to supporting, promoting, and improving public drinking water and wastewater systems in Alaska.
