INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Knik-Goose Bay Road Reconstruction Phase 1 – Fairview Loop to Centaur Avenue, Project Number 0525019/CFHWY00599, will be received before 2:00 p.m., June 1, 2022 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will reconstruct Knik Goose Bay Road to a divided 4 lane facility from Fairview Loop to Centaur Ave. Project work includes drainage improvements, intersection improvements, ADA improvements, grading, paving, pathways, utilities, illumination, and signalization.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $40,000,000 and $50,000,000. The Project completion date will be September 30, 2024.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings. Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
