The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities in partnership with the Federal Highway Administration-Western Federal Lands (FHWA-WFL), and the National Park Service (NPS) invite you to review our Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study along the Parks Highway between Cantwell and Healy (Milepost 203-259). It can be found by following the link from the Department’s project website: http://dot.alaska.gov/nreg/parkshealypel/. Planning products produced during this PEL study may be adopted or incorporated by reference during a subsequent environmental review process.
