PROPOSAL TO AMEND A STATE AIRPORT LAND LEASE:  The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to increase the area of Lease ADA-50840, Lot 1, Block 100, by an additional 3,170.04 square feet for a total consisting of approximately 70,204.04 square feet, at the Peninsula Point Seaplane Facility, to expire August 1, 2024.  Applicant:  South East Air & Sea, LLC.  Annual rent:  $28,432.64.  Authorized uses:  Aeronautical - Maintenance and operation of an aircraft hangar and aeronautical fuel storage facilities; operation of a commercial aeronautical business consisting of air taxi services, aircraft maintenance and aircraft tiedown; fuel dispensing for lessee’s aircraft only.
