North Fork Micro Ag Subdivision

The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land & Water (“State”) is soliciting proposals for a professional services contract for the surveying and platting of a subdivision project within the Kenai Peninsula Borough near Nikolaevsk, AK along North Fork Road. ASLS 20210037 is expected to contain 23 lots ranging from 4.6 to 45 acres and 1 remainder tract.

PLEASE NOTE:  It is the proposer’s responsibility to read the entire contents of this RFP and to provide a responsive proposal.  Please pay particular attention to the sections on:

Project Schedule (Page 11)

Scope of Work & Contract Information (Page 12),

Proposal Format (Pages 18), and,

Evaluation Criteria and Offeror Selection (Page 21).

Proposals must be received in writing at the Issuing Office no later than 3:00 P.M. May 11, 2022. Failure to meet the deadline will result in disqualification of the proposal without review.

Registration must be in writing and may be made via email to landsurveys@alaska.gov. Failure to register with the DNR DML&W Survey Section may result in rejection of your offer.
