The State of Alaska, Department of Corrections is seeking proposals for an agency to provide Employment Medical Examinations.
Proposals will be accepted at the address below until May 3, 2022 @ 2:00 p.m. AST. The solicitation document contains specific information regarding mandatory prior qualifications as an approved provider and submission instructions.
The services are anticipated to begin on or about June 1, 2022, and continue through October 31, 2025.
