RFP No. 25-22-1-025, Parks Highway MP 163-183 Rehabilitation Appraisals

The Northern Region State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DEPARTMENT), Division of Preconstruction Services, Right of Way is soliciting for professional appraisal services for the Parks Highway MP 163-183 Rehabilitation project.   

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately May 2022 through December 2023.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of less than $50,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available APRIL 18, 2022, and may be downloaded from our web site at:  http://www.dot.state.ak.us/procurement/prosvcs/index.shtml; Under Request for Proposals heading, click on “Request for Proposals less than or equal to $200,000”  OR https://dot.alaska.gov/rfpmgr/sm.cfm  Or the RFP may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at the Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.  Persons residing outside the City of Fairbanks may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 451-2247 or TDD number 711 or 1-800-770-8973. (for Hearing Impaired, requires special equipment).  There is no charge for the RFP package.

FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS IN THE RFP FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS: Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received at the address indicated on the RFP no later than APRIL 29, 2022, 4:00 p.m., prevailing time.

Currently proposals may be dropped off at our office.  A locked Drop Box is located at the outside entry of the Tech Services Building #3 (Contracts Building Main Parking Lot West Side Entrance).  Call or Text (907) 799-5632 when you place documents in the Drop Box and we will retrieve and timestamp your documents.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we implement social distancing.

Individuals with disabilities, including the hearing impaired, who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a proposal should contact the TTY number 711 or 1-800-770-8973, no later than one week prior to the submittal date to make any necessary arrangements.
