Applicant: Riverside Apartments, LLC. Annual rent: $2,953.50. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Operation and maintenance of a hangar for storage and parking of aircraft; limited aircraft maintenance; ground school training: flight support, aviation safety and security training, aircraft maintenance training, aviation communication training, and aviation ground support training; aircraft tie-down rental; vehicle parking; and air taxi operations.

This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., May 20, 2022, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the lease.
