The Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority (the Trust) is soliciting proposals to administer the behavioral health mini-grant program, which provides Trust beneficiaries with a broad range of equipment, supplies and services to improve their quality of life, increase independent functioning and help them attain and maintain healthy and productive lifestyles. These may include, but are not limited to, therapeutic devices, access to special health care, and other supplies or services that might improve an individual’s ability to function in the community and become self-sufficient.
Proposals must be received no later than 1:30 P.M. prevailing Alaska Time on May 6, 2022. Late proposals or amendments will be disqualified and not opened or accepted for evaluation.
The full RFP and submittal forms are attached to this notice.
A pre-proposal conference will be held at 1:30 P.M., Alaska Time, on April 22, 2022 via Zoom.
