Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:
APPLICANT: Tracy Maxwell d.b.a. Base Camp Moose Pass, LLC
PROJECT NAME: ADL 233992
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Moose Pass, AK
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 1, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Seward Meridian.
EXISTING EASEMENT DESCRIPTION: A right-of-way parcel depicted as Lot 41 on Supplemental Plat USS 2528.
REQUESTED ACTIVITY: The applicant has requested to develop approximately 0.85 acres of a platted right-of-way depicted as Lot 41 of Supplemental Plat USS 2528 to provide access to adjacent lots. Development would consist of a twenty-foot-wide residential road built to Kenai Peninsula Borough Class 1 road standards with a maximum grade of 10%.

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity.
