Proposed Permit Coverage:
The proposed discharge of secondary treated domestic wastewater from the USCG Base Kodiak Wastewater Treatment Facility located at 57o 44’ 28.5” north latitude and 152o 28’43.2” west longitude will occur at a maximum rate of 1.2 million gallons per day to St. Paul Harbor. A mixing zone is proposed for ammonia, copper, temperature, and whole effluent toxicity.
Determination:
The DEC has determined to reissue the above listed general permit.
