Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project No. 0A11016/NFHWY00624 Alaska Highway MP 1235-1252 Rehabilitation & Project No. 0A22007/NFHWY00589 Alaska Highway MP 1222-1227 Resurfacing & Project No. 27563001/NFHWY00550 Tetlin National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center Parking and Site Improvements (WFL), described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, May 5, 2022, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.
The project consists of rehabilitating the Alaska Highway between Milepost 1235-1252 and constructing new passing lanes. Project work includes bridge work, roadside hardware, drainage improvements, intersection improvements, utilities and wayside repairs. Also included is resurfacing the Alaska Highway from MP 1222-1227. Project includes bridge work, drainage improvements, roadside hardware, and utilities.
Engineer's Estimate is between $20,000,000 and $30,000,000.
The project completion date is October 31, 2023.
