RFI 09 220000003 1 https://iris-vss.alaska.gov/webapp/PRDVSS1X1/AltSelfService The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Alaska Military Youth Academy (AMYA) is seeking responses from vendors who can provide employment skills training, employment services, case management, participant follow-up and participant support services. This shall encompass courses for 16 cadets between May 23rd, 2022 and June 10th, 2022. These courses will include but are not limited to: Heavy Equipment Training; Introduction to Heavy Equipment Operations (40 hours), Introduction to Crane Operations (40 hours), Introduction to Heavy Duty Mechanics (40 hours). Safety Training (totaling 32 hours); OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR/AED, Scaffold User/Fall protection, Trades Math and Optical Instruments. Lastly, introduction to Maritime 40 hour; Personal Safety and Social Responsibility, Personal Survival Techniques, survival suits in a pool, knot tying, Classroom Marine Firefighting, and Introduction to Navigation. If you believe your company can provide the above these services outlined above, or have any questions, please submit an emailed response to this RFI by April 15th, 2022 to MvaDasProcurement@alaska.gov. Your response must include details on your companys experience, qualifications, services offered, and why your services will work for the State of Alaska, AMYA. Do not include ANY pricing in your emailed response. This RFI does not extend any rights to prospective vendors or obligate the state to conduct a solicitation or purchase of any goods or services.
