RFP 2022 1000 5143 Development of Online Registration and Management System for Alaskan Grown
Addendum 1: Addendum 1 serves to answer vendor questions and extend the deadline for receipt of proposals from April 22, 2022 to April 28, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. prevailing Alaska time.
The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Agriculture, is soliciting proposals for the development, integration, and implementation of an Alaska Grown program online registration and database management system that integrates with current State of Alaska OIT systems and security requirements; a more detailed description including scope of work is to be provided in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
PRIOR EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years - Experience creating modern .NET and .NET Core web applications, including MVC, RESTful APIs, and web services.
- Integrating with legacy systems (mainframe) and COTS software
- Implementing best practice security standards
- Implementing scalable applications with potentially many concurrent users and shared data
- Implementing electronic signatures; experience with DocuSign is desirable
- Implementing reporting
- 3 years - Experience with creating accessible UI using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to be accessed across a variety of devices (mobile and desktop)
- 3 years - Experience with SQL Server
- 3 years – Experience with integrating applications in the Azure environment
- Experience with version control
