INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for ANC Gates B4, B6, B7, B8, & B9 Improvements, Project Number AIP 3-02-0016-214-2022 / CFAPT00718, will be received before 2:00 p.m., April 20, 2022 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project makes improvements to Gates B4, B6, B7, B8, and B9 at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. The project includes joint replacement, joint sealing, and concrete repairs.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project completion date will be October 30, 2023.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings. Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
