The purpose of this Amendment #1 is to:

• Provide answers to questions received; and
• Modify Sections of this RFP.

The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Alaska Highway Safety Office (AHSO) is soliciting proposals for a vendor capable of providing assistance with the update and implementation of the current Strategic Highway Safety Plan (SHSP)

This solicitation will result in the issuance of one (1) contract for the needed services.

Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM prevailing Alaska Time, on April 18, 2022.

Emailed, faxed or oral proposals will not be accepted.

Copies of bid documents may be downloaded (Adobe Acrobat format) from this Online Public Notice website. If you download the solicitation, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.

Copies of the bid documents are also available upon request from the Procurement Officer.
