INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Anchorage Maintenance Station Earthquake Repairs, Project Number 2501000129, will be received before 2:00 p.m., April 13, 2022 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will repair damaged structural elements and architectural finishes at the Anchorage Maintenance Station resulting from the November 2018 earthquake.

The Engineer's Estimate is less than $200,000. The Project completion date will be August 15, 2022.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings. A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. Meet outside the main entrance of the Anchorage Maintenance Station at 5300 Tudor Road in Anchorage, Alaska to be escorted through the work areas.  Those interested need to submit their names to Vadim Belozertev at vadim.belozertsev@alaska.gov a minimum of 48 hours prior to the meeting. 

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
