CONSTRUCTION INVITATION TO BIDS (ITB’s)
Sealed bids in single copy for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work on Project No. 9500150/SAMHS00279; Auke Bay Terminal Building and Electrical Improvements, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time April 14, 2022, at the Construction Contracts Office, 1st Floor, 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska.
This Federal funded project will consist of interior remodels at the Auke Bay Ferry Terminal ticket counters, bathrooms, flooring, and mechanical and electrical systems. Work also includes storm drain and sidewalk improvements along the front of the building. Work also includes replacing the roof wearing surface. Work also includes electrical shore-tie power installation for the main ferry berth.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. All work shall be completed by September 30, 2022. This is a Race Neutral project as defined in Section 120 of the Specifications.

Bidding Documents are available for inspection at the office of the Regional Department of Transportation and Public Facilities offices in Anchorage, Fairbanks and Juneau.
