MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD MEETING
April 13-14, 2022

Pursuant to Alaska Statutes, 17.38.111, the Marijuana Control Board is holding a regularly scheduled meeting on April 13-14, 2022, to consider its agenda covering marijuana establishment license applications, enforcement, and, if any, ongoing and proposed regulations projects, and other matters that may come before it.
The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, and Thursday April 14, 2022. The meeting will be held in the Atwood Building at 550 W. 7th Avenue, Room 102/104. Due to limited capacity and social distancing restrictions, please consider joining the meeting by Zoom.
The meeting is open to the public to attend at any time during the meeting. The board will reserve a time period on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, for public comment regarding items not on the agenda and not relating to regulations currently out for public comment. On regulations projects where written public comment was received in response to a Notice of Proposed Changes and during the opened public comment period, the board will review the written public comment but will not take oral public comments on the regulations project at this meeting.
