NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING: The Alaska Workers' Compensation Board will conduct a full board meeting, May 12-13, 2022. This meeting is open to the public and will begin at 9:00am. This meeting will be held in-person and by Zoom video conference.

The meeting will be held in-person at the following location:

The agenda consists of the regular business of the Workers' Compensation Board and Division, consisting of but not limited to discussion of issues pertaining to the Alaska Workers’ Compensation Act, and approval of potential changes to regulations.  The Board will also conduct other business as necessary and useful.

Public comment will be taken from 10:15AM to 11:15AM on May 12, 2022 and might be extended to accommodate those on the call before 10:15AM.  If you are unable to participate telephonically, you may submit written comments prior to the meeting for consideration by the Board. The comments must be received not later than 5:00pm on
