NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25222048 – Statewide Pavement Management Plan FFY22 

The Contractor shall provide professional services for the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) Inspections of public, paved, airports to collect data, and implement a Pavement Management Program (PMP) compliant with FAA AC 150/5380-7B Airport Pavement Management Program. Services include records review, customizing the existing airport management PAVER database, updating existing CAD and GIS files, building a 5-year pavement repair program and projecting airport conditions for five different budget scenarios.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately July 2022 to July 2025.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be $1,000,000 or greater.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available March 10, 2022 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than March 31, 2022, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
