PROPOSAL TO EXTEND A STATE AIRPORT LAND LEASE: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-50544 (Lot 7A, Block 200), consisting of approximately 8,498 square feet, at the Peninsula Point Seaplane Facility for an additional 5 years, to expire July 1, 2027.  Applicant:  City of Ketchikan.  Annual rent:  $6,373.50.  Authorized uses:  Non-aeronautical – Maintenance and operation of a fire station for storage of equipment related to the Lessee’s emergency fire response.
