INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Anchorage and Eagle River Street Sweeping – Area B, Contract Number 21-25-1-044B, will be received before 2:00 p.m., March 23, 2022 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded contract is for sweeping and cleaning streets, medians, sidewalks, and pathways in Area B of the Anchorage and Eagle River Areas of the Anchorage Maintenance District. The State may opt to offer renewal of this contract for five (5) additional one (1) year periods.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000 for the initial period of performance. The contract completion date will be January 1, 2023.

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
