ITB# 190003972, Wildwood Correctional Center (WWCC), Building 10 Roof Replacement
The Department of Corrections is soliciting for sealed bids to replace existing leaking 4-ply built-up roof system at Wildwood Correctional Center in Kenai, Alaska. Bids will be received until March 18, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. Local Time. Bids will be opened at 802 3rd Street, Suite 224, Douglas, Alaska 99824. Note that this may change due to COVID-19.
A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for this project. It is “Highly Recommended” that you attend the pre-bid visit that is scheduled for March 8, 2022 at 11:30 A.M. Local Time at Wildwood Correctional Center in Kenai, Alaska. Please contact Scott Nichols, Project Manager, @ scott.nichols@alaska.gov to register and submit your request for security clearance forms. Bidders will need to submit a “Request for Clearance” form to access the facilities for each individual attending. This form is included in the bid documents.
