NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25222047 – ANC North Terminal Northside Aprons and Taxilane Reconstruction
Design Services 

The Contractor shall provide professional services for the preparation of a set of plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for the ANC North Terminal Northside Aprons and Taxilane Reconstruction project.  Services are anticipated to include PFAS Testing, Environmental Activities, Storm Drain Inspection and Design, Engineer’s Design Report, Construction Safety and Phasing Plan, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, Design Engineering, Assistance during Bidding, Design Closeout Documentation, and Assistance during Construction. 

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately May 2022 to December 2026.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of 500,000 to $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available February 15, 2022, and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than March 10, 2022, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
