INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for CR22 Mat-Su District NHS Preventative Maintenance and CR22 Mat-Su District NON-NHS Preventative Maintenance, Project Number, 0001733/CFHWY00861 and 0001740/CFHWY00864, Contract No. 21-25-1-045  will be received before 2:00 p.m., March 9, 2022 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded contract will apply pavement markings within the Mat-Su maintenance and operations district. The Department will provide the traffic paint and glass beads to be applied and the Contractor shall provide all other materials, labor, and equipment to accomplish the work. Project work includes application of longitudinal lane lines, crosswalks, words and symbols. The Department may opt to offer renewal of this contract for four (4) additional one year periods.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $200,000 and $500,000 for the initial period of performance. The contract completion date will be July 31, 2022.
