The Northern Region State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DEPARTMENT), Construction Section professional engineering services for construction administration support for the Kaltag Airport Improvements project.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately June 2022 through December 31, 2023. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range greater than a $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available FEBRUARY 3, 2022, and may be downloaded from our web site at: http://www.dot.state.ak.us/procurement/prosvcs/index.shtml; then click on "Request for Proposals over:" under the Requests for Proposals heading. Or the RFP may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at the Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska. Persons residing outside the City of Fairbanks may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning or TDD number 711 or 1-800-770-8973. (for Hearing Impaired, requires special equipment). There is no charge for the RFP package.

FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS IN THE RFP FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS: Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received at the address indicated on the RFP no later than FEBRUARY 24, 2022, 4:00 p.m., prevailing time.
