NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF
ALASKA STUDENT LOAN CORPORATION

The Alaska Student Loan Corporation (ASLC) Board will meet on Thursday, February 10, 2022, from 1:30 p.m. to approximately 2:30 p.m.  The meeting will originate from the offices of the Corporation at 3030 Vintage Boulevard, Juneau, Alaska.  This meeting is open to the public and will be conducted via Zoom/video and teleconference.  Individuals seeking to join the meeting should not appear in person, but should call-in using the information below.

The agenda includes Executive Officer and Chief Finance Officer reports, as well as both  a discussion of Revised Credit Criteria for Alaska Supplemental Education Loan and Refinance Loan rates and the adoption of proposed Loan Program Fixed Interest Rates for FY2022-2023. Circumstances may cause items to be added or deleted from the agenda as needed.
