Notice of Pipeline Application
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Savant Alaska, LLC (Savant) and Badami Pipeline Holding, LLC (Badami) filed an application requesting approval to transfer Badami’s interest in Nutaaq Pipeline LLC (Nutaaq) to Savant. This matter is being addressed in Docket P-21-012.
Nutaaq holds Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 524, for the transportation crude oil, and No. 525, for the transportation of gas and products. Savant currently holds a 67.5% interest in Nutaaq, while Badami holds the remaining 32.5%. If the transfer application is approved, Savant will be Nutaaq’s sole owner. Nutaaq’s common carrier crude oil pipeline operates from the Badami Central Production Facility to a tie-in point on the Endicott pipeline. Nutaaq’s common carrier gas and products pipeline operates between the Badami Unit and the Endicott Main Production Island.
In conjunction with its application, Savant filed a petition for confidential treatment of its financial statements. Interested persons may file a response to the petition with the Commission by 5 p.m., February 21, 2022.
The Commission has not assessed the completeness of the application or ruled on the petition. The Commission will rule on the petition and may determine whether the application is complete by March 23, 2022.
