RFP 220000011 Surveying and Platting of

Tip Levarg Subdivision ASLS No. 2021-25:

The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land & Water (“State”) is soliciting proposals for a professional services contract for the surveying and platting of Tip Levarg Subdivision, ASLS No. 2021-25 within the Kenai Peninsula Borough containing approximately 74 lots ranging from 1.5 to 7 acres each.

PLEASE NOTE:  It is the proposer’s responsibility to read the entire contents of this RFP and to provide a responsive proposal.  Please pay particular attention to the sections on:

Project Schedule (page 5),

Scope of Work (page 6),

Proposal Format (page 13), and

Proposal Evaluation Criteria (page 15)

Proposals must be received in writing at the Issuing Office no later than 3:00 P.M. February 24, 2022. Failure to meet the deadline will result in disqualification of the proposal without review.
