INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Dowling Road & Seward Highway Interchange Reconstruction, Project Number 0A31065/CFHWY00359, will be received before 2:00 p.m., February 16, 2022 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will reconstruct the Dowling Road and Seward Highway interchange. Project work includes bridge replacement, grading, paving, drainage, retaining walls, signing, striping, and lighting.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $30,000,000 and $40,000,000. The Project completion date will be September 30, 2023.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings. From the DOT&PF website: http://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-bids.cfm?rc=CR your company must self-register by clicking on the Plan Holders link, or register with the Central Region Plans Room, or your bid may not be accepted.

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
