Steese Expressway/Johansen Expressway Interchange
Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) plans to use the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) project delivery method to assist in the development of the Airport Way/Cushman Street Intersection Reconstruction and Steese Expressway/Johansen Expressway Interchange designs. CMGC is expected to enhance innovation and result in a constructed project that minimizes impacts, reduces risks, and provides cost savings through efficient scheduling and use of construction materials.
DOT&PF invites contractors to a VIRTUAL meeting on January 7th, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. to learn more about the contractor selection process, CMGC, and the projects. Meeting information is as follows:
