The State of Alaska, Office of Procurement and Property Management (OPPM), Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), Division of Spill Prevention and Response is soliciting proposals for professional engineering and technical assistance services relating to oil & gas pipelines and related infrastructure, and delivery of a customized API 653 Training.
