The State of Alaska, Office of Procurement and Property Management (OPPM), Department of Administration (DOA), Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV), is soliciting proposals from qualified professionals to provide the processing of backlog mail, including but not limited to collecting mail, opening mail, processing mail, and returning processed titles and registration to DMV customers.  
 
The deadline for receipt of proposals is December 20, 2021, no later than 2:00 P.M. Alaska Standard Time, instructions are contained within the IRFP. Please submit questions to the Procurement Officer no later than December 17, 2021.

Interested Offeror's are encouraged to register with the Procurement Officer to receive direct notifications for any addenda/addendums at doa.oppm.procurement@alaska.gov with the above referenced IRFP No. and title in the subject line.
