Proposed Activity: Review of a plan renewal application package for an Oil Discharge Prevention and Contingency Plan that is required to commit adequate resources to meet all planning requirements for prevention and response for a realistic maximum discharge from the operations of Crowley Fuels LLC Fort Yukon Bulk Fuel Storage Facility.
Crowley Fuels LLC operates a wholesale and retail distribution of petroleum products by delivery truck to residential and commercial customers in Fort Yukon. Crowley Fuels LLC also sells packaged fuel and oil products from its retail store. The facility consists of a barge manifold, a tank truck loading rack with fuel pumps, eight storage tanks totaling 17,864 barrels (750,288 gallons) of capaity, and associated piping. The facility handles approximately 15,000 barrels (630,000 gallons) of product per year.

The department will hold a public hearing on the plan application if it determines that good cause exists.
