Electronically submitted quotes will be received from qualified, responsible firms for furnishing all labor, material, plant and equipment to accomplish the Work described below in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this Request for Quote.
A pre-bid conference will be conducted via teleconference followed by an onsite walk through. The teleconference will be held December 7, 2021 at 10:00 am, interested parties may participate by calling 1-866-832-7806 using the participant code 9120787. Immediately following the teleconference an onsite walkthrough of the project location will take place on December 7, 2021 10:15 am, at the entrance adjacent to the West Campus Central Lot of Edward and Cathryn Rasmuson Hall, 3416 Seawolf Drive, Anchorage, AK 99508. IMPORTANT - due to the COVID-19 restrictions, University of Alaska Anchorage facilities have limited access, in order to ensure access to the facility for the pre-bid walkthrough interested parties shall be present at the time stated above for the walkthrough.
The work consists of: providing all labor, materials, and equipment to procure and install ticker tape as outlined in the Finance Ticker Tape design documents dated October 25, 2021; as fully described in drawings and specifications.

Quote security is required to be submitted with each quote in accordance with the Instructions. State law requires a quote or offer to be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible "Alaska Bidder" after bidder’s preferences and Alaska Products Preferences have been applied. Payment & Performance Bonds are required for all construction projects over $100,000.
