Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for a public access easement:
APPLICANT: Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF)
PROJECT NAME: ADL 233823
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Anchorage, AK
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Township 13 North, Range 4 West, Section 13, Seward Meridian.
REQUESTED ACTIVITY: The applicant has requested a public access easement over a parcel of State-owned, Division of Mining, Land, and Water (DMLW) managed land approximately 10 feet in length, 10 feet in width, with a total area of approximately .002 acres. The purpose of the proposed easement is to authorize a previously constructed signal pole located on the corner of 5th Avenue and I Street within the Municipality of Anchorage, Alaska. Please refer to the attachments for additional details.
The easement, if approved, may differ from that described herein.
REQUESTED TERM: Indefinite
