Fairbanks Area Surface Transportation (FAST) Planning will hold the 4th Annual Winter Maintenance Forum on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, from 5:30-7:00 PM at the Noel Wien Library Auditorium on 1215 Cowles Street in Fairbanks, Alaska. There will be a series of informational presentations on winter maintenance from DOT&PF, the City of Fairbanks, the Fairbanks North Star Borough, and other special guests about what to expect on the roads and around town this winter.
