Requirement: The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Alaska Army National Guard Facility Management Office (FMO), is seeking competitive quotes for a possible multiyear contract with a qualified contractor(s) to provide snow removal, ice control and lawn care services as specified within this RFQ. There will be two contracts resulting from this RFQ: Lot 1, Snow Removal and Ice Control services; Lot 2, Lawn Care Service. Need only to bid on one Lot.

Mandatory Site Visit: There will be a one-time Mandatory Site visit scheduled for October 14, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Kenai National Guard Facility, 105 S. Forest Ln., Kenai AK.

Deadline for Receipt of Bids:  Solicitation Closing Date & Time: No later than 2:00 p.m. Alaska time on November 5, 2021.

Questions: concerning the attached RFQ or contents therein must be in writing and submitted to the DMVA/DAS Procurement Office at MvaDasProcurement@alaska.gov.
