2021 Remote Recreational Cabin Sites, Offering #15
In the 2021 Remote Recreational Cabin Sites, Offering #15, DNR is giving Alaskans the opportunity to stake a parcel of land in one of three staking areas; two areas are in Alaska’s Interior and one is in the State’s Southcentral Region. The Silverbow Creek Staking Area is located approximately 120 road miles northwest of Fairbanks along the Elliott Highway. The Alma Lakes Staking Area is located approximately 50 air miles west of Healy and approximately 45 air miles east of Lake Minchumina. The Mount Rich Addition II Staking Area is located approximately 125 air miles northwest of Anchorage and approximately 100 air miles southeast of McGrath, on the South Fork of the Kuskokwim River. The brochure describing the offering will be available online by October 4, 2021 at http://landsales.alaska.gov/, in print from DNR’s Public Information Centers in Anchorage and Fairbanks by October 8, 2021, as well as at other distribution points, statewide. Drawing Application Filing Period: October 8, 2021 at 10:00 AM - November 30, 2021 at 4:30 PM; Fee $75.00.
Drawing Event: December 15, 2021 at 10:30 AM. Event attendance is not required and will not affect outcome.
