NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Sterling Highway 45-60: Sunrise to Skilak Lake Road
Secondary Appraisal Services

The Contractor shall provide one (1) independent narrative appraisal to the Contracting Agency for lands to be acquired from Cook Inlet Regional Incorporated (CIRI) upon transfer of said lands from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The appraisal will be used for the acquisition of property required to build Project Z530140000, Sterling Hwy MP 45-60: Sunrise to Skilak Lake Road near Cooper Landing, Alaska.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately October 2021 to December 2022.  Cost of these professional services is less than $50,000.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than October 11, 2021 prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
