Authorized uses: Aeronautical - handling and storage of air cargo/freight to be transported via Lessee's aircraft; turn-around agent for a commercial cargo airline; aircraft parking; vehicle parking; parking of two mobile fuelers, continued operation and maintenance of a structure for air cargo, freight/mail storage and office space; above ground fuel storage and sales.

This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., November 3, 2021, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the lease.
