IRFP Close date and time: October 7, 2021 @ 3:30 p.m. AST

The Department of Corrections, Division of Health and Rehabilitation Services, is soliciting an informal request for proposals (IRFP) for a qualified instructor to provide the OSHA 10-Hour Training General Industry to offenders at HMCC and PCC.

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:30 p.m. on October 7, 2021, at the address listed in the IRFP.  It is the intent of the State to issue a contract for the provision of these services beginning on or about November 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, with two (2) optional renewals up to June 30, 2024.

Note: Proposals should not be submitted through IRIS but submitted as per the instructions in the IRFP.

Registration must be in writing and may be made via email to maria.ostlie@alaska.gov. Failure to register with the DOC procurement officer may result in rejection of your offer.
