NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Seldon Rd Extension Ph II: Windy Bottom/Beverly Lakes Rd to
Pittman Rd (MSB) Design Services
RFP No. 25222019 

The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional services for the above-named project to include Environmental Activities, Traffic and Safety Analysis, Design Study Report, Public Involvement, Plans, Specifications, and Engineer’s Estimate(s), Assistance During Bidding, Assistance with Design Project Closeout, as well as Assistance During Construction. The Seldon Rd Extension Ph II project is to extend Seldon Road from Windy Bottom/Beverly Lakes Road to Pittman Road on a new alignment and will complete the roadway connection between Church Road and Pittman Road.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately December 2021 to October 2024.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $500,000 to $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available September 20, 2021 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than October 11, 2021, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
